| This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 2400 Block Of James Avenue North, The Jordan Neighborhood. Threats were used to gain compliance in these cases with both offender and victim acquainted prior to the sexual assault. There is also an “ Exposing “ history for this offender. Prior revocations occurred in 2007 and 2010 for a variety of supervision failures. CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: SUPERVISED RELEASE No involvement with a church, church groups, or their functions without approval from his agent. Successfully complete sex offender programming. No direct/indirect contact with minors. Definition: ( May not initiate contact ) Must submit to polygraphs and GPS monitoring as directed by the agent. May not purchase/possess sexually explicit materials in any venue, or enter establishments that provide sexual entertainment. Obtain/maintain a full time schedule which can be one or more combinations of full time work, education, treatment, or volunteer activity.
