Someone here for 2 weeks approximately per complaint. Checked with the City utility billing department and water and solid waste both off. House foreclosed and in bank name. Property has no utilities and no rental license. No one should be in there without water-solid waste if buying or rental license if renting. Officers do a knock & talk, obtain consent to look for the suspects, and both suspects are in the home. A search warrant is obtained and evidence, including a gun and a victims purse, are recovered.
