Squad 430 was dispatched to shots fired at above. Officers arrive and noticed that there was a bullet hole in the front window of the Super USA. There was also another in a parked vehicle&#8217;s rear window. Several shell casings recovered. Suspect was GOA. No injuries reported.</description>

      <title>Building Permit at 3246 GIRARD AVE N&lt;br /&gt; </title>
      <description>Workers at job site this morning @ 8am - doing sheet work inside and working on roof.  Been there several days.  Inspections signed off on plumbing work done already. Emailing concern to Regulatory Services as permit believed needed for roof work.
UPDATE permit applied for 3.3.2010!

      <title>Bus Layovers at 3232 FREMONT AVE N</title>
      <description>Residents of Bremer Way upset over bus layovers on 33rd Ave. N since December 2009.  Fumes and running desiel engines disturbing residents.  Residents brought issue up at an open house community meeting for Lowry Avenue, at the library in January - Barb Johnson involved and Metro Transit changed the layover to the west side of Fremont N at the intersection of Fremont and Lowry Aves by the vacant lot on the corner.  Some drivers still not parking in new area; some seen parking on east side of street right up from the drive entrance for Bremer Way on 2.12.2010. On 2.18.2010 a resident called reporting that if bus parked at the corner of Fremont/Lowry and another comes, the 2nd lays over on 33rd at the regular bus stop forcing traffic out and around it going north, creating a very dangerous situation per the caller.  Residents working with Cindy Harper of Metro Transit.</description>

      <title>Solid Waste Fines at 4031 COLFAX AVE N&lt;br /&gt; </title>
      <description>Property owner upset over $75.00 charge to remove debris/household items set out by garbage carts.  Had no notice he only had 24 hours to clean up.  Felt that items by the carts awaiting garbage day pick up.  Tenants won't let him know if carts tagged. Feels unfair that this area being given only 1 day when other parts of city have 1 week. Referred him to Solid Waste.</description>
