      <title>PARKING ENFORCEMENT at 35TH &amp; FREMONT AVE N</title>
      <description>Once again overly large orange truch (step van) parking on 35th Avenue between Fremont N and the alley of Fremont/Emerson on the south side, is parked right before the alley forcing vehicles turning south into the alley to go way wide in path of oncoming vehicles over the hill intersection of 35/Emerson N.  
There does not appear to be a commercial trucking business in the building at 3452 Fremont N., so see no reason for this truck to be parkiing on the side streets.  No idea of weight as there is no MN dot weight signage on it. Perhaps it does not need it, but it is a nuisance to drivers in our neighborhood.

      <description>People at this house set up tent and cook and sell food from the premises.  Told a menu board even displayed. Caller indicated seeing this several weekends in row while using 36th Avenue.  8.29.10 said cars from one end of block to other around 4pm. that Sunday.</description>

      <description>White pick up driven by AAM started dumping tv frames, micro wave, etc in drive way of vacant house. Had been used for illegal storage prior of hazardous stuff and same type of junk.  Neighbor confronted and he took off. 911 called &amp; MPD there quickly but man gone, dropping off tvs at end of alley on way out.  Neighbor said he had a yellow paper in window, like purchase sticker-no plates.  Vehicle older chev truck, squarish looking front. Looked like smallish dent on drivers side - door area.</description>
