No plowing of street and/or alley since snow storm of December 25, 2009. Street has 4" build up of ice and melting, accumulating snows creating access to alleyway near impossible, unless you own/drive a high SUV or truck able to manipulate the deep ruts. Thaw past weekend created 8 inches of a slush/water lake in alley (between Oliver and Penn)that is now frozen over creating glacier that goes to edge of complainant's driveway. | |
