Ceiling fell in with dripping water in bedroom with sleeping infant. At 2am this morning (August 31), infants mother heard a loud noise (pop) and found part of the ceiling down and water coming through the ceiling. she called landlord at 2AM - and has had no contact from owners as yet. (1pm) (She is a new tenant) She talked with tenant from upstairs who said 'happens all the time'. Emailing MFD Fire Marshall division that is responsible for inspecting buildings 3+ units. Rental license expired July 2009 | |
