Officers respond to a residential alarm and after checking the house follow tracks coming from the residence and stop a male nearby. Later they match the males shoe with a print near the point of entry of home. Arrested was Bobby Brookins a 21 year old black male w/19 CAPRS who lives a block away from the incident.
