Child heard screaming in house from individual outside. 911 called. Squad, then fire rescue then ambulance arrived. All left but squad and children (3) taken from house. Mother screaming-fighting w/officer. Mother and male out in street screaming threats at whoever called 911. Male is known as "Lincoln" and believe mom's name Tacoma, or maybe that is the oldest child's name. Have had other complaints called in about child care. Caller stated mother barged into house of next door neighbors thinking they called 911. Everyone afraid of those two. | |
