This residence in Lind Bohanan neighborhood has 3 pitbull dogs each w/own cage, each on a 3 foot long heavy chain as a leash. Caller saw man from house hitting at the dogs with a belt when they would not quiet down (Sat. somewhere around 2:30/3:00pm) Caller wants to remain totally anonymous as the residents frighten the caller. Told caller I information would be passed on as a heads up situation. Animal control may drive past to check on dog's well being and see if leash chains okay or not. | |
