35TH Ave N & Penn Ave N Tuesday 12/27/11 1938 hrs 11-383549
Officer was dispatched to the above location on a shooting & learned that V1/male, 38 yrs, had been driven to the hospital. Officer observed a vehicle in front of the emergency entrance that had several bullet holes in the side passenger side. The vehicle had been taped off from access by security. W1/male, 28 yrs, was standing in front of the vehicle & advised that he drove his friend to the hospital after he was shot. W1 stated V1 was sitting in the front passenger seat & they were stopped at a light. W1 didn’t see anything but heard several shots. W1 drove quickly to get away & took V1 to the hospital. V1’s injuries were non-life threatening.

26th Ave N & Fremont Ave N Thursday 12/29/11 2015 hrs 11-385668
Officer responded to the report of a stabbing & observed V1/male, 22 yrs, standing outside 27XX Fremont Ave N with blood running down the side of his torso. V1 stated he was approached by unknown S1/male, who punched him & knocked him to the ground. V1 stated he fought with S1while unknown S2/male, stabbed him in the shoulder with a grilling fork. Both suspects then ran away. V1 stated neither suspect said anything to him & he could not provide any suspect info. V1 was transported to the hospital via ambulance with a non-life threatening wound.

7XX 46th Ave N Thursday 12/29/11 2130 hrs 11-385789
Officers were dispatched to the hospital on a Hit & Run Motor Vehicle accident & met V1/male, 39 yrs, who stated he was struck on purpose by S1/male, 33-36 yrs. The incident occurred at the intersection of 46th Ave N & Colfax Ave N. V1 stated known S1 was at his residence (listed above) & started to argue with his girlfriend in V1’s residence. V1 told S1 & his girlfriend to leave. S1 got upset & yelled at V1. V1 stated S1 walked to his vehicle & told V1 he had something for him inside the vehicle. V1 feared it was a weapon. S1 immediately put the vehicle into drive & pressed hard on the gas pedal, striking V1, who flipped over the car & landed on his back. Neighbors helped V1 get out of the way as S1 put the vehicle in reverse, as if to strike V1 again. V1 was taken to the hospital by his girlfriend. S1 fled the scene. Unknown what type of injuries V1 suffered, as he was waiting to see the Dr.

3XX Broadway Ave W Friday 12/30/11 0157 hrs 11-385964
Officers were dispatched to a shooting at the above location. V1/male, 24 yrs, was shot in the abdomen & groin, & V2/male, 38 yrs, was shot in the thigh. Both victims were transported to the hospital via ambulance. Two males got into a fist fight inside the 4th St Saloon & S1/male, 25-30 yrs, who was with one of the males, pulled out a pistol & fired 3-4 rounds at V1. V2 was attempting to break up the fight when he was shot twice in his upper thigh. S1 was caught on video & was observed getting into a pick-up truck that fled the scene. The extent of V1’s injuries is unknown. V2’s injuries were non-life threatening.

41XX Irving Ave N Friday 12/30/11 0300 hrs 11-386011
Officers responded to an Assault at the above location & were flagged down by V1/male, 31 yrs, who was bleeding severely from his face & hand. V1 would not answer questions at first, but then stated the suspects left in a large blue van. Officers cleared V1’s house & found no one inside, but located a blood-like substance on the floor & throughout the house, including the basement with various areas of blood spattered. A folding knife was found in the front yard. OT2/male, 46 yrs, a neighbor, told officers that V1’s girlfriend, OT1/35 yrs, pounded on his door & was frantic, explaining to OT2 that V1 had been threatening to kill her. OT1 told OT2 that V1 was going to assault her with a baseball bat & then shoot her. OT1 made phone calls to her family & OT3/male, OT1’s uncle, picked her up. 3 males arrived & were outside V1’s house when OT2 heard a loud commotion. OT1 spoke to officer via phone & stated she was being held against her will by V1 & he threatened to cut her ears off, and then shoot her. OT1 fled the house & pounded on OT2’s door. OT1 stated she was not physically assaulted during the incident. V1 was transported to the hospital via ambulance for his injuries.

20XX Washington Ave N Saturday 12/31/11 1430 hrs 11-387554
V1/male, 54 yrs, was on a beer run for residents in the apartments at the above location when AP1/male, 65 yrs, confronted him & wanted to fight. AP1 pulled out a handgun & fired at V1, narrowly missing him. Squads were called & located AP1 in the hallway outside his apt. AP1 had the gun in a holster on his waist & refused police commands, then entered his apt. AP1 quickly came back out without the gun & was placed under arrest. AP1 was booked in HCJ. The handgun was recovered. No injuries.

18XX Lowry Ave N Saturday 12/31/11 1640 hrs 11-387633
Officer responded to a person with a gun called at the above location. V1/male, 29 yrs, attempted to stop AP1/male, 23 yrs, from stealing from the store & AP1 pulled a gun on V1, threatening him. AP1 then fled. Officer stopped 3 parties who matched the description of suspects who were in the store & AP1 fled. Officer kept the other 2 parties at gunpoint & AP1 was apprehended by other officers. V1 positively ID’d AP1 as the party who pulled the gun. AP1 was booked in HCJ for Asslt2. The other 2 parties were booked for warrants. No injuries.

46XX Bryant Ave N Saturday 12/31/11 1756 hrs 11-387703
Officers were dispatched to the above location on the report of a stabbing. V1/male, 42yrs, was located with a rag around his hand & blood all over the ground near him. Officers asked questions, but it was apparent that both V1 & W1/male, 47 yrs, were intoxicated. Officers learned that known S1/male, is the stepson of W2/male, 42 yrs. It is unknown why S1came over to the house. V1 was drinking with the others & argued with S1, who pulled out a knife. V1 attempted to grab the knife by the blade & cut his hand. V1 was transported to the hospital with a non-life threatening injury. The cut to his hand was deep & required stitches. S1 fled prior to officers’ arrival.

48XX Dupont Ave N Sunday 1/1/12 1221 hrs 12-000587
Officers responded to a fight call at the above location. W1/male, observed several parties fighting & then observed S1/male, 20 yrs, go into the trunk of his car, pull out a gun, & point it other parties who fled. S1 then left the scene. S1’s vehicle was recovered & towed to the Impound Lot. S1 was not located. No injuries.

34XX Russell Ave N Tuesday 12/27/11 1700 hrs 11-383420
Officers were dispatched to the above location on a Robbery of Person that just occurred. V1/male, 27 yrs, stated he was at the liquor store & was walking in the alley Queen Ave N to Russell Ave N, 34th-35th Ave., when unknown S1/male, 23-34 yrs, walked up & asked him what was up. S1 pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun & demanded V1’s money. V1 pulled out all his money & threw it to the ground. V1 then ran & fell down, injuring his hand. Loss is approx. $40 in cash. S1 was GOA.

Morgan Ave N & Olson Mem Hy Tuesday 12/27/11 1930 hrs 11-383611
Officer responded to meet the victim of an Assault & met V1/male, 60 yrs, who was bleeding from the mouth & had noticeable injuries to his head. V1 stated there were more than 8 juveniles that approached him at the bus stop & they struck him so many times he passed out. V1 stated the group of kids took his wallet; money; & house keys after they beat him up. V1 does not remember if he was hit with anything other than hands. V1 was transported to the hospital for his injuries. Suspects were GOA.

18XX Morgan Ave N Wednesday 12/28/11 1350 hrs 11-384236
Officer was dispatched to a Robbery & met V1/male, 22 yrs, & V2/female, 22 yrs. Victims were in a vehicle & as they exited the truck, 2 unknown suspects, males, 16-17 yrs, approached them. S1 pulled out 2 guns & pointed them towards V1’s head & ordered him back in the truck. S2 approached V2 & did the same thing, but with only 1 gun. Suspects got in the back seats behind the victims & demanded V1 turn the car off & hand them the key, which he did. S1 told V1 to give him everything he had & V1 handed S1 his cash & phone. S2 said the same to V2. When V1 said it was all he had, S1 got mad & threatened to shoot him. V2 gave S2 her phone & lighter. Suspects tried to get out of the vehicle, but none of the doors opened from the inside. V1 told them he needed the key back to turn on the car so he could open the windows for them. After he did this, S1 took the key back & tossed into onto the roof & suspects fled on foot. No injuries. V1’s cash loss was $137.

Officers were dispatched to the above location on a Domestic Assault. Officers met V1/female, 21 yrs, who was approached from behind by known S1/male, 21 yrs, her ex-boyfriend. S1 put his hand around her mouth & an arm around her neck. S1 then snatched V1’s purse & fled the scene. V1 stated S1 just got out jail for killing someone & that he is very violent. Also, V1 stated S1 recently robbed her once before. V1 stated she is afraid of S1 & is fearful he may harm her family. V1 was advised on an Order for Protection. Total loss is valued at $620 & includes a Coach purse; Armani wallet; expensive make-up; & various credit cards. No injuries.

Golden Valley Rd & Oliver Ave N Thursday 12/29/11 2045 hrs 11-385791
V1/male, 30 yrs, told officer he was robbed at the above location after he received a phone call from known S4/female, 20-25 yrs, who asked him to meet her at the intersection. V1 agreed to meet S4 as he had been talking with her for several days after meeting her in a nightclub. Once V1 arrived at the intersection, S4 approached V1 & got him out of the vehicle. V1 observed 3 unknown males, 23-25 yrs, approaching on foot with handguns pointed at him, who demanded his belongings or they would shoot. V1 gave up his wallet & suspects demanded that he take off his pants. Suspects then instructed V1 to get out of there. V1 returned to his vehicle & S1 fired 4 gunshots in V1’s direction after V1 told suspects he was going to remember their faces. V1 was not injured & refused medical attention. Total loss is valued at $330, including $250 in cash.

31XX Irving Ave N Thursday 12/29/11 2101 hrs 11-385707
V1/male, 52 yrs, stated he was carjacked by known AP1/male, 21 yrs, who is an acquaintance. V1 stated AP1 grabbed him out of his car, threw him to the ground, & kicked him in the face, before driving off in V1’s vehicle. V1 did not know AP2/male, 19 yrs, who was with AP1. Other officers located V1’s vehicle & stated the 2 AP’s fled in the vehicle. Officers apprehended both AP1 & AP2. V1 was able to positively ID both suspects & they were booked in HCJ for PC Robbery & AP2 was also charged with PC Fleeing. V1 refused medical attention & his vehicle was released to him. ROBPER / FLEE POLICE IN MOTOR VEHICLE
Dowling Ave N & Penn Ave N Thursday 12/29/11 2124 hrs 11-385720
Officers were searching the area for a carjacked vehicle (above CCN # 11-385707) & spotted V1’s stolen vehicle at the gas station at 37th & Penn Ave N. AP2/male, 19 yrs, fled from the parking lot at a high rate of speed after officer demanded he get out of the vehicle. Officers stopped the vehicle & AP’s were positively ID’d by V1 as the parties who stole his vehicle. AP1 was booked in HCJ for PC Robbery & AP2 was booked for PC Robbery & PC Fleeing.

29th Ave N & Fremont Ave N Thursday 12/29/11 2200 hrs 11-386448
Officer was dispatched to the above address on an assault report. V1/female, 14 yrs, stated she was at the above location when 2 known females, 13-14 yrs, beat her with fists, feet, & elbows, knocking her to the ground & kicking her. One of the suspects took V1’s cell phone valued at $100. V1 was taken to the hospital by her mother, but no police report was made at that time. At the time of this report, V1 was home alone & was complaining of pain from the assault so she was transported to the hospital via ambulance.

14th Ave N & Newton Ave N Friday 12/30/11 1445 hrs 11-386453
V1/female, (no age provided) stated she was approached by unknown S1/male, 25-30 yrs, who attempted to make small talk with her. S1 asked V1 for her phone, but V1 declined to give it to S1, so he demanded her purse & grabbed it off her shoulder. V1 stated she had just cashed her check for $940, which was in the purse. V1 was not injured. S1 was GOA.

Emerson Ave N & Lowry Ave N Monday 1/2/12 1803 hrs 12-001533
Officers stopped 2 females in a vehicle who had purchased ammunition. AP1/male, 20 yrs, was in the passenger seat & a handgun was located on his person. Officers also located a magazine on the center console of the vehicle, along with ammunition. AP1 was booked in HCJ for PC Weapons.
