Squads went to a shots fired call and observed 4 bullet holes in side of building/2 bullets recovered. S1/known was driving a brown Buick Regal and shot at victims’ home along with S2/unk BM (25-26 yrs.) V1/BF-46 yrs. said that S1 is father to her 4 YOA granddaughter/V3 that lives with V1. The child is V1’s daughter. S1 wants to take her and V1 will only let him visit in her home. Once she allowed S1 to do so/didn’t return child for 2 wks. V2/BM – 33 yrs. was going into home/ducked so not to get hit.

V1/BM-19 yrs. was intended target of AP1/BM-15 yrs. and AP2/ BM-16 yrs. One of them fired a semi-automatic hand gun 7 times and then they ran to 32XX 4th St. N. AP3/Bradley, John – BM 19 yrs. let them in/harbored them in stairwell. Police found all 3 hiding in stairwell after being let in by renter. V1 was not injured. A H&K .45 semi-auto, 3 ¾” BBL pistol/live cartridges and a TAURUS .357 Mag, 6” BBL 6-shot revolver/.357 bullets were recovered from the common basement. V1 was uncooperative.

V1/BM – 18 yrs. was walking home from Gold Star Fds. and heard 2 shots/didn’t realize he was hit. EMS states he suffered a clean shot through left bicep. There is no suspect info.

V1/BF – 22 yrs. was shot at while walking with her 2 sisters approaching a bus stop/limping (NLT). V2/BF – 38 yrs. showed up stating that her vehicle/MN ULY015 was hit by gunfire. Witnesses didn’t know where the shots came from or see who did it. By V2’s vehicle, 8 to 10 shell casings were found in two different sized casings.

V1/WF – 35 yrs. was assaulted/held against her will by boyfriend/AP1 Williams, Timothy – BM 22 yrs. who she lives with. Officers arrived/tried to arrest AP1 who fought/assaulted Officers and one PV hand was broken. AP1 still fought after being tased. AP1 went to NMMC.

Officers dispatched to above where AP1/Holmes, Aiyetoro Aheen – BF 23 yrs. broke a window of the house of V1/BF – 55 yrs. (parent of AP). When Officers were trying to speak to her, she punched an officer in the face and then tried to flee. AP1 booked HCJ. V1 said AP does not live there and hasn’t been welcome there for a long time. V1 is concerned about AP’s mental state.

V1/BM– 16 yrs. was shot and killed on street by S1/unk BM 15-17 yrs. (506-508”) lt. build & skin/unkempt short hair wearing a black “Carhart” jacket, S2/unk BM with same descript. as S1 wearing same and S3/unk BM same but wearing a multi-colored jacket

V1/BF-18 yrs. reported that she was raped by S1/known BM – 20 yrs. in an apartment. S1 was GOA and did not live there. S1 is a friend of OT2’s son. V1 went for a SARS exam. V1 stated that she had met S1 previously on a bus where they exchanged phone numbers. V1 had asked S1 to pick her up from school and on way went to this address to charge her phone. In one of the bedrooms, V1 placed her child on the bed and laid down also. S1 did the same and that is when the rape occurred.

AP1/Baker, Patrick – WM 51 yrs. and AP2/Shaffer, Samuel – WM 52 yrs. V1/mixed race female – 15 yrs. /drugged and raped. V2/WF – 15 yrs. /drugged and raped. Both victims were held against their will and are runaways from Superior, Wisconsin and both males are registered predatory sex offenders. The girls were missing 7 days.

V1/BF – 38 yrs. was robbed at gunpoint by 3 suspects. S1/known BM – 24 yrs., S2/known BM – 22 yrs. and S3/unk – 0 stole in 100 bills ($1600) and a Blackberry Curve. V1 had dated S1 several times. He called and asked for help that his veh was stalled so V1 went to help. Upon arrival, S1 and S2 got into her veh. V1 knows S2 because of a church and he is the reverend’s son. S2 got out to pee and S3 slipped in behind V1 sticking an object to her head implying a gun. S3 said, “Give it all up bitch. I know you got the money.” V1 and S1 had gone to Unbank earlier where she cashed a check so he knew about the money. Suspects ran.

V1/mixed race male – 26 yrs., V2/mixed male (20-35 yrs.)plus 5 more victims/same descriptions were working on above address when 2 BMs approached V2 demanding money. V2 speaks little English and had no money. S1/unk BM 17-22 yrs. (508-511”) lt. build, short hair wearing all black carrying a black revolver kicked V2 in face and demanded money from the rest of victims. S2/unk BM 17-22 yrs. (508-511”) same description stole $510 and fled.

V1/BF – 25 yrs. stated that S1/unk BF 18-19 yrs. /600” med. build grabbed her purse w/out force. S1 was GOA. V1 refused medical. Loss: $15/IDs. Suspect Veh was grey/silver 4 -door.

Officers arrived met by V1/BM – 15 yrs. and V2/ BF -16 yrs. (siblings) stating they were standing inside a bus shelter when S1/unk BM (17-19 yrs.) 509”/med. build carrying a black .22 caliber automatic wearing blk hoodie/blk & red jacket approached and held the gun to V1’s chest demanding money/jewelry. All S1 got was $3 and some jewelry.

S1/unk mixed race 20-30 yrs./med. build/lt. skin demanded all their Oxycontin and ran out door with some bottles. Staff chased S1 to a dead end area; but he jumped into a red 4 dr. newer model HYUNDAI and was GOA.

AP1/BM – 17 yrs., AP2/BM – 17 yrs. and S1/unk BM 16-18 yrs. robbed V1/mixed race male – 48 yrs. of his cell with an implied gun. V1 could still see them a couple of blocks down so Officers were able to apprehend two suspects and give phone back.

Broadway Av W & Lyndale Av N Thursday 01-14-10 13:11 hrs 10-012156
A victim of a prior robbery at gunpoint called 911 to report he saw the suspect. Officers chased suspect and he dropped a loaded black 9mm semi-auto/HELWAN 4.5” BBL made by MAADI CO Cal ST ALB VT onto the sidewalk. AP1/Taylor, Kemen – BM 23 yrs. was apprehended 2 blocks later.

Squad attempted to stop car for speeding when AP bailed. After a short foot chase, he was caught and booked for FLEE, MARIJUANA IN MV, and NO DL at HCJ.
THURSDAY (01-14-10):

47XX Emerson 10-012302
Squad was flagged down on a CKWEL. Further investigation showed that a 10 YOA and a 23 YOA, both with severe chronic medical conditions, were living in a garbage house. The father was onsite. Both were transported to Children’s Hospital.
FLEE
24/Lyndale 10-012379
Squad 401 observed the AP’s vehicle speed up behind him and flash his headlights to pass by. 401 slowed and the AP sped on past. A TLE was attempted for speeding but the AP failed to stop. The FLEE ended at 39th/Bryant where the AP/driver was arrested. He was booked HCJ for a warrant and FLEE.

30XX Lyndale Ave N 1/15/10 at 1403 hours 10-013223
This whole event started with a shot spotter activation. It was then upgraded to a shooting, then down graded to shots as the victim was not hit. The summery is that a male was shot at and two males fled on foot. Three males were located in a back common stairwell of this duplex. As officers clear the common basement, two guns were found in plain view. One of the guns matched the casings found. One of the males had a magazine from the gun that matched the casings at the scene in his pocket. Two were booked for Assault 2 and one for aiding an offender. Add to this that a van parked outside this address had three males in it and was later found to be a stolen from Woodbury.

A 22 year old female received a non life threatening gunshot wound to her foot while walking with friends in the area of Plymouth and Humboldt. Casings were located behind 12XX Humboldt and recovered. No suspect info and V1 went to Hsp.
Homicide
2600 Block James 12:03 hrs 10-015166
Officers responded to a shooting at above. A 16 y/o male found lying in street w/gunshot wounds/DOA. Victim was with 2 other males when they were confronted by 3 suspects at 26/James. A fight was about to start as they continued NB on James. S1 pulls a gun/shoots at victim. Suspects fled on foot EB through the yards. K-9 did a track. Handgun recovered during track. Crowd had members of victim’s family that tried to enter the crime scene. Police Chaplains responded to assist with the family members.
Robbery of Person
46XX Lyndale 10:44 hrs 10-008361
V1 robbed at knifepoint that occurred on 01.10.10 spotted the suspect outside of the above business. The victim thought he was going to be robbed again. Victim called 911 and Officers stop suspect. S1 booked HCJ.
MONDAY (01-18-10):

Squads respond to 36 and Aldrich. 2 male victims state that they observed a grey older Pontiac occupied with 4 BMs. Victims state that males yelled out of the car, “Tre Tre” and “YNT”, and then shot outside of vehicle. Vehicle fled the area prior to police arrival. Officers recovered 6 shell casings.
