AP1/Walker Jr, James-WM 40 yrs. is the uncle of V1/WF-17 yrs. V1 was asked by AP1/drunk to pick him up from the bar. and so V2/WM-17 yrs. went with her. AP1 thought V2 was the abusive ex-boyfriend of V1/made him get out of the car. When they arrived home, AP1 was out of control choking/hitting V1 in face and went to get his bat. V3/Wm-38 yrs. was watching/got the focus on him instead of the kids then all three got the bat away from AP1 who then made threats of a gun. AP1 fled in vehicle.

V1/BM-34 yrs. was shot in right elbow on the street by S1/unk BM 20-30 yrs. w/9mm. Shell casing located at NW entrance of Marathon Gas Station. V1 stated that 3 BMs shot at him from inside a black CHEV Monte Carlo. A witness saw a BM walking on Broadway and he casually pulls out a handgun/shooting in the direction of SW corner of Fremont Av N/W. Broadway, firing once. V1 became out of control in ambulance/refused medical. NLT injury.

V1/BF-23 yrs. punched/stabbed in the face w/unk object just outside of Olympic Café. While ordering food, AP1/Dorsey, Cary –BM 46 yrs. started harassing her/being vulgar. She left after she told him to leave her alone/unk to her. He followed her out.

V1/BM-39 yrs. knows S1/BM-38 yrs. through a cousin. They got into an argument over the phone on 06-17-09. On this date, V1 had a small surgical procedure done on his groin/awakened by S1 kicking him in head 3xs and then pulled out a “black automatic” w/red laser dot yelling, “Nigger I will kill you!” After that, S1 left in a green Plymouth Voyager

V1/BF-15 yrs. was dragged/run over by suspect veh/FORD Explorer ’98 – ’05 black/grey SUV with 3 BF suspects 18 – 20 yrs. inside. V1 and 2 others were arguing w/suspects in vehicle. An apple was thrown at V1 or V1 threw the apple at the SUV/unk. V1 along w/2 others went over to SUV/V1 started punching the passenger or passenger grabbed V1 and the driver took off dropping her at 20 mph so she was run over by the rear wheels. There are 2 different stories. V1 has NLT injuries/Suspects GOA.

Officers located V1/WM-56 yrs. unconscious who the caller stated he was assaulted. V1 had no ID but had a crack pipe, wine coolers but knew nothing. V1 had severe brain injury, jaw fracture, rib fracture, hematoma and collapsed lung.

V1/BM-48 yrs., V2 /BF-18 yrs. and V3/Unk female-0 yrs. is girlfriend of V1 was visiting when the house was shot at. The bullet went through V1’s upstairs bedroom. No one was hurt and they have no info as to who would do this.

V1/WF-21 arrived at Holiday Gas Station confused/scratched up/bruised and stated she may have been raped. V1 was drinking w/boyfriend/OT1-WM 31 yrs. and got into an argument. After that, she doesn’t remember anything until OT2/unk BM woke her up near railroad tracks. OT2 was also next to her at the Holiday Station. V1’s $600 Louis Vatton shoes, purse and cell were missing. No crime scene found.

Silent alarm activated. Call stated a male suspect w/handgun had stolen tennis shoes/NIKE $160. Employee got veh plate number as it fled. AP1/Nickens, Finest-BM 28 yrs. threatened V1/BM-24 yrs. at gunpoint.

V1/BM-22 yrs., V2/BM-26 yrs. and V3/BM-19 yrs. were robbed by a group of 10-15 males, some armed w/guns, all wearing dark clothes and faces covered w/bandannas. They had to take their clothes off while suspects searched for drugs, money and stole thousands of dollars worth of equipment.

AP1/Smith, Rachel-BF 39 yrs. and her son AP2/BM-13 yrs. recovered a HI-POINT, .380 ACP, 3 ½” BBL, semi auto pistol USA. AP1 saw the police coming and gave her 13 yo child a handgun to leave the home with so police wouldn’t find it.

Officers dispatched to a hold up alarm/learned male suspect pointed a handgun at employee/stole Nike gym shoes. Suspect fled in vehicle. Officers located the “get away” driver, but not the robber.

Squad was assisting St. Louis Park Investigators w/warrant for stolen property at above address. While officers were securing the premise, a juvenile male walked past one of the officers. The mother recalled the juvenile into the bedroom and told him to put some clothes on. Officer thought that this was strange since the juvie was already dressed. Officer noticed ammunition in an open dresser drawer. Officers stop the juvie and find a .380 on the juvie. Mother booked at HCJ. Son booked at Juvenile unit.

Shooting at Broadway/Fremont, 09-182910
Officers, at 1550 hrs, located one male victim with a gunshot wound to arm. Victim was being transported to HCMC when he fled from ambulance at 7th/Aldrich. Victim later decided the pain was too much/called from Sharing and Caring Hands. Another ambulance responded/completed transport. Shooting was captured on 4th PCT safety cameras. A black Monte Carlo with 3 occupants was SB Fremont stopped at the light. An occupant was yelling at the suspect who was in parking lot on NE corner. Suspect fired a pistol toward vehicle/struck victim who was in the line of fire. Vehicle fled WB Broadway/suspect fled NB Fremont. No suspects located.

Preliminary Report of Shoot
29XX Morgan Ave N. 23:50 hrs 09-183372
Officers responded to shooting call/located victim who stated he was shot walking on 30th Ave N. near Morgan with friends. V1 sustained a gunshot wound to left bicep. Call stated another male was seen limping away from scene E/B. Officers located another victim with a minor gunshot wound to leg near 30th/Fremont Ave N. Both victims were very uncooperative. ShotSpotter pinpointed the shots to area of 3003 Morgan Ave N. V1 transported to NMMC w/NLT wounds. V2 declined medical.

Officers located/booked party with a PC Pickup issued in regards to a ROBBIZ that occurred in 4th Pct. yesterday. The loss in yesterdays’ robbery included a hat and shoes. AP1 was wearing these items today…

Working his beat, Officer located a party violating a court ordered Geographical Restriction. AP1 booked HCJ.

THURSDAY (06-18):
AGG. ASLT W/VEHICLE
30th and 4th St. N. 23:14 hrs 09-186018
Traffic squads to incident where Juvenile female left a residence in 3000 block of 4th St. N. 3 females in a dark grey or black Ford Explorer pull up to residence that juvenile had just left/began yelling for a male that was supposed to be in residence to sell them ecstasy. Explorer left/came back around the block/began yelling at juvenile female. Juvenile approached vehicle where occupants & juvenile female got into a verbal altercation. Passenger of Explorer grabbed the arm of victim and driver began driving away NB on 4th St, dragging victim next to car. Victim either was able to get loose or passenger let her go, but went under vehicle/run over by rear tire. Traffic called to scene/possible serious injuries of victim who at the time of squads arrival, could not move an arm/a leg/initially unconscious when squads arrived. Traffic officers advised this was not a “traffic accident” as victim was grabbed onto by passenger in vehicle/was run over from this. Traffic advised to make an Agg. Assault report. Victim went to NMMC where it appeared that she suffered a broken arm, dislocated elbow and a leg injury. Suspects GOA.

Burglary of Business in Progress
1120 W. Broadway (Gas Station) 00:16 hrs 09-186104
Squads was flagged down by pedestrian who pointed out a broken out door window to business. Newspaper box had been placed against door and window broken out with cinder block. Recruit officer believed he saw someone in business at time of calling it out. No one located inside business. Board Up also responded to board window in door.

FRIDAY (06-19):

SATURDAY (06-20):
Squads called on a Fight/Down call. Female caller states she was walking down sidewalk/saw a group and a down male on south side of above address. Female states group of males fled leaving male down. Female was not on scene when squads arrived. Victim found unconscious/unresponsive between a side porch and fence. V1/WM appeared to have severe head injury and injuries to his torso. V1 had shoe tread marks on side of his head. On his torso, it appeared he had been stomped/kicked. V1 transported to NMMC w/bleeding on the brain, fractured jaw, broken rib, collapsed lung, etc. V1 had not regained consciousness. V1 was ID’d through fingerprints taken by B of I. Severe injuries but Hospital felt victim would survive.

Squads lost site/terminated pursuit about the time suspect vehicle got east of Central at 46th. Suspect located walking a few blocks down the road about a minute later. Vehicle located in same area.

Squad doing surveillance above/observed male litter from a vehicle while holding narcotics in his lap. Squad showed up/male shoved narcotics in his waistband. Officers recovered a small amount of heroine.

SUNDAY (06-21):
Pursuit Reason: Traffic violation/Careless driving PC FLEE
6 blocks, from 30th/Dupont to 27th/Lyndale 02:41 to 02:42 hrs 09-189125
Squad observed vehicle fail to stop for stop sign, then accelerate around a corner, almost striking the curb. Squad activated lights/siren and vehicle accelerated to approx. 50 MPH E/B on 30th. Vehicle turned S/B on Bryant to 27th in excess of 50 MPH. Vehicle turned E/B on 27th/struck a school sign/a tree, causing tire to fold under vehicle. Vehicle came to a stop at 27th/Lyndale and driver was taken into custody. Driver sustained a cut to his lip/treated with a few stitches at NMMC/booked at HCJ.

Officers responded to an assault call and met by victim who is unsure of what happened to her. She has no recollection of past several hours. V1 transported to NMMC/treated for numerous injuries (bruises, scrapes, scratches, suspected victim of CSCR). V1 recalled being downtown last evening/regaining consciousness near Holiday Station/Washington Ave N (and missing her $600 Versace shoes). Officers were unable to locate any type of scene.

Officers respond to assault call/learn a 12 YOA is reporting a CSCM. S1 is reported to be a Registered Sex Offender that the victim’s family took into their home. When the AP learns he is going to return to jail, he tries to fight with officers. Booked.

PC BURG 09-189037
AP1 removed screen from window/enters an occupied home. Homeowners detain him until officers arrive.

PC BURG 09-188996
AP removes a screen from a house and attempts to break a window. A neighbor hears the commotion and tackles the AP and holds him until officers arrive (sound familiar?). AP is booked PC BURGLARY (ATTEMPT).

PC WEAP 09-188587
Officers observe a male walking near Plymouth/Newton who closely resembles a party with a PC Pick-up from St. Paul PD for Murder. AP walks away from officers clutching his waistband. He eventually turns around and comes back to the officers, who locate a .22 revolver (with serial number removed) in his waistband. AP is booked PC Weapons.

Victims drove into the driveway in alley when two suspects approached the vehicle. S1 w/handgun demanded money from victim/driver. S2, also armed, pulled the passenger from vehicle/forced him to the ground. S2 went through his pockets taking cash/cell phone. Suspects fled area on foot. Suspects were 16-18 and had shirts covering their faces. No injuries.

Squad run MN UKJ323 on MDC/vehicle comes back stolen out of Apple Valley, Mn. Driver is booked at HCJ.

29XX 2nd St N 03:20 hrs 09-190106
Squad dispatched to a ROBBIZ. Victim stated that approx. 5 BMs, some armed with handguns, entered business/demanded money and drugs. Suspects took several thousand dollars worth of recording equipment. Suspects GOA. Two victims were pistol whipped by the suspects and had minor injuries.

MONDAY (06-22):

25th and Irving 20:17 hrs 09-190837
Victim robbed by 4 males armed w/handgun and shotgun. Officers stopped several parties in the area. No loss recovered. Officers located a handgun in the area. 4 suspects taken to the juvenile division.

Preliminary report of shoot 23:00 hrs 09-191024
Officers responded to a shoot at 30th/Logan. Officers arrive and locate 1 victim (V1) at 30th/Logan with a GSW to the arm. Responding officers also locate a second V2at 30th/Morgan with a GSW to the head. V3 walks to Fire Station 14 with a GSW to the hand. Six 9mm casings located near 30th/Morgan in the street. All 3 victims transported to NMMC. Victim who was shot in the head is in critical condition, the other two have NLT wounds. This is the 4th shooting at 30th/Morgan since 6/15/09.

Officers responded to assist with a stabbing at 7XX W. Broadway Av. Officers located the stabbing suspect as he jumped a privacy fence attempting to flee the area. AP was positively identified/booked HCJ.
• 06/17/2009 09-184725 PC CANC-IPS
Officers conducted a felony stop on a vehicle involved in a gun pointing incident. Driver/AP found to be CANC-IPS. No gun was located. AP was booked HCJ.
• 06/18/2009 09-185602 PC R&C / Fel WT’s
Officers located a Maple Grove stolen vehicle taken in a burglary. Occupants bailed from the vehicle/fled on foot. Driver/AP1 and passenger/AP3 were apprehended after a short foot chase and were booked HCJ for PC R&C. Passenger/AP2 was booked HCJ for an Aggravated Robbery Warrant.
• 06/20/2009 09-188290 PC NARC
Officers received information about a pergun vehicle. Vehicle was located and stopped. During the stop, officers observed the driver/AP drop suspected crack cocaine on the vehicles floorboard. AP was booked HCJ.
